Interactive floor plans are quickly gaining popularity as the best way to display property for sale or lease.

Use the Control Panel to: Create a New iFloorplan, Purchase credits for publishing, manage your Published iFloorplans, add or edit Clients, manage your Branding, edit your user Options and get help from the Userguide.

You can edit iFloorplans after they are published and delete them when the property exits the market.

iFloorplan does nearly all the work. Your photographs should be low resolution jpegs. Pixel dimensions of 800 x 600 is a good size. You can upload larger images but they will be resized on arrival

Your floor plan image should be quite large. About 1000 pixels or more in height is best. Formats allowed are .jpeg, .png and .gif.

You can use the Clients tab to build a client library. Upload logos, input contact names, phone numbers, email and URLs. Then just select a client from your library when you are creating an iFloorplan. The Branding tab allows you to upload your own logo and details and make iFloorplan your own.

You can upload your own logo and add a link to your web site using the Branding tab.

Set up your branding once and it appears on all your iFloorplans. In the lower, right corner of each iFloorplan, your logo displays in a transparency set by you. When a user rolls their mouse over it your logo displays without the transparency, on click your web site opens in a new window.

Toolbox is accessed from the control bar when creating or editing an iFloorplan. Everything you will need is in the toolbox.
